1. Communications
By creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to our newsletter, you may receive communications from us regarding your account, orders, and optional marketing updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting hi@dadazz.com.
Transactional messages relating to your orders or account cannot be unsubscribed from.
2. Purchases & Payments
When purchasing products through the Service (“Purchase”), you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, including:

shipping address
valid payment method details
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Products and Orders
Made-to-Order Production
Dadazz products are created on-demand specifically for your order. This approach reduces waste and allows us to produce thoughtfully and responsibly. Production timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However:
colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
minor variations in print placement, size, or texture are normal in on-demand production
these variations do not constitute defects
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Shipping times, delivery expectations, return procedures, and refund eligibility are governed exclusively by our:

Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in those policies.
5. User-Provided Content (Customizations & Personalization)
If you submit any content (e.g., text, images, designs) for use in customized or personalized products, you confirm that:
you own or have the rights to use that content
it does not infringe the rights of third parties
it does not violate any laws
You grant Dadazz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling and servicing your order.
You agree to indemnify Dadazz for any claims arising from your submitted content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service—including text, images, graphics, logos, and features—is the property of Dadazz or used under license.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Dadazz trademarks may not be used without authorization.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:

to exploit or harm minors
to send spam or unauthorized advertisements

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadazz shall not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
loss of profits, data, or business
any damages arising from the use of the Service or products purchased
If liability is found despite these limitations, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
